Sitecovehub runs tech analysis training from Km 21+700, Chau Phong, Bac Ninh. We teach analysts to observe product surfaces carefully, name constraints honestly, and brief leaders without inventing certainty.
Who the seats are for
Product analysts, solutions consultants, business analysts, and engineers who already brief stakeholders—but want cleaner habits. You do not need to be a developer. You do need curiosity about how systems behave when you press them.
Sessions stay small. We favor worksheets and spoken briefs over slide decks. Pricing listed on program pages is informational; we confirm seats and payment offline.

Live video seats are available when travel does not fit. On-site intensives use the Chau Phong studio when the cohort fits the room.
How we teach
Every program returns a reusable artifact—worksheet, map, brief skeleton, or decision template—not a certificate wall.
Evidence before opinion
If you cannot point to a repeatable observation, it does not enter the brief. Gaps are named, not papered over.
Shared axes
Comparisons start with operational burden, change risk, and integration cost—axes leadership actually feels.
Short briefs
Five minutes: finding, evidence, risk, ask. Peers interrupt jargon. Clarity beats polish contests.
Records that age well
Decision entries capture context and revisit triggers so the next analyst is not mining chat history.
