When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email, optional program interest, and message content. If you call or email us directly we process the details you provide. Server logs may include IP address, browser type, and pages requested for security and reliability.

Why we process data

We use enquiry data to respond, schedule training seats, and keep basic records of conversations. Logs support site integrity. Cookie preferences are stored locally in your browser under a Sitecovehub-prefixed key when you accept or reject the banner.

Legal bases

We process enquiry data to take steps at your request before a potential training agreement and for legitimate interests in operating a training studio. Where consent is required for non-essential cookies, we ask via the banner.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. We may use infrastructure providers that host email or the website under agreements that limit use to providing their service. We disclose data if required by Vietnamese law.

Retention

Enquiry records are kept as long as needed to manage seats and follow-up, typically up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, unless a longer period is required for accounting or disputes. Logs rotate on a shorter cycle.

Your choices

You may request access, correction, or deletion of enquiry data by emailing us. You may reject non-essential cookies; the site and form still function. You may lodge a complaint with the competent Vietnamese authority if you believe processing is unlawful.

International access

Our studio is in Vietnam. If you enquire from abroad, your message is received and stored in systems we use to operate Sitecovehub.
