The path assumes you already sit between stakeholders and delivery. We do not teach programming. We teach how to read technical surfaces and communicate what you find.

  1. Week 1

    Observe without inventing

    Surface reading drills: what you can measure, what you can only infer, and how to keep those categories separate in writing.

  2. Week 2

    Map constraints

    Build shared axes for comparisons. Score evidence, record gaps, and refuse feature-theater scorecards.

  3. Week 3

    Write the brief

    Practice five-minute evidence briefs with peer interruption on jargon. Ship a reusable skeleton.

  4. Week 4

    Record the decision

    Capture context, options, choice, and revisit triggers. Reconstruct one inherited decision as a live exercise.
